Amends Section 15-1877 of Arizona Revised Statutes to make technical corrections to language regarding college savings plan accounts and financial aid.

Clarifies that state financial assistance programs shall not treat balances in college savings plan accounts as assets or scholarships when determining a student's or parent's financial need.

Expands the application of these provisions to include state-appropriated financial assistance programs administered by colleges and universities, including the financial aid trust fund and leveraging educational assistance program.

Maintains exceptions to these provisions when federal law requires different treatment, when federal benefits would be lost by different treatment, or when specific grant requirements mandate different consideration of account balances.

Makes grammatical corrections including changing "exist" to "exists" and clarifying phrase references throughout the section.
