Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-4495 to correct terminology related to vehicle dealer permits for off-premises activities.

Authorizes the director to issue cease and desist orders and cancel off-premises exhibition permits, off-premises display and sales permits, or special event permits when grounds for cancellation exist.

Allows the director to issue cease and desist orders and suspend a licensee or exhibitor's privilege to obtain off-premises permits for one year if they conduct such activities without required authorization under section 28-4401.

Permits licensees or exhibitors whose permit privileges are canceled or suspended to request a hearing before the director to challenge the cancellation or suspension decision.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, including adding "an" before "off-premises display and sales permit" in section A.
