Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1450 regarding community college district board members' participation in employee benefit plans.

Changes language in subsection B.1 from singular "a board member" to plural "board members" to allow multiple board members and their spouses and dependents to continue participating in health, accident, life, and disability benefit plans after leaving the board.

Establishes eligibility requirements for continued participation: board member must have served at least six consecutive years, been covered under the plan while serving, pay the full premium, and the participation must not result in district expenditure.

Permits surviving spouses and dependents of deceased board members to continue plan participation if they were covered under the deceased member's participation, pay the full premium, and do not require district expenditure.
