Requires sellers of mobile homes in mobile home parks to provide buyers with a signed certificate of transportability stating whether the home can be physically removed from its lot and whether the landlord has consented to removal.

Allows buyers to void the purchase within 60 days of receiving title if the certificate states the home is removable or the landlord consented, but the home proves non-removable or the landlord refuses to issue written clearance.

Protects voiding buyers from liability for any unpaid rent or other obligations incurred by the seller of the mobile home.

Applies to all mobile home owners in mobile home parks regardless of whether they are landlords, tenants, or other persons.
