Prohibits authorized third parties and persons conducting secondary motor vehicle finance transactions from operating within the same office space.

Creates new section 28-5112 in Title 28, Chapter 13, Article 1 of Arizona Revised Statutes to establish this prohibition for authorized third parties.

Creates new section 44-292 in Title 44, Chapter 2.1, Article 1 of Arizona Revised Statutes to establish the same prohibition for secondary motor vehicle finance transaction operators.

Applies to both auto title lenders and their authorized third-party representatives operating in Arizona.
