Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 44-313 regarding the deposit of unclaimed property monies into various state funds.

Changes the deposit requirement for the housing trust fund from a fixed $2.5 million annually to 55% of the proceeds from the sale of abandoned property under Section 44-312.

Maintains existing deposits of the first $2 million annually to the seriously mentally ill housing trust fund and $24.5 million to the department of revenue administrative fund.

Preserves requirements to deposit unclaimed shares and dividends into the permanent state school fund and unclaimed victim restitution payments into the victim compensation and assistance fund.
