AZ HB2280

Expands the legislative governmental mall commission by adding one senate member appointed by the president of the senate who is from a different political party than the president, serving as an advisory member.

Adds one house of representatives member appointed by the speaker who is from a different political party than the speaker, serving as an advisory member.

Defines "advisory member" as a commission member who provides advice but cannot vote, does not count toward quorum, and receives no compensation or expense reimbursement.

Commission is scheduled to terminate on July 1, 2025, pursuant to section 41-3103.
