Requires scrap metal dealers to register with the department to conduct business in Arizona and submit registration information in a form prescribed by the department.

Registration information must include the dealer's name and address, names of owners with at least 10 percent ownership, full personal identification and driver's license copies for all owners, locations of principal and branch offices, and names and addresses of wholly owned subsidiaries.

Registered scrap metal dealers do not need to separately register their branch offices or wholly owned subsidiaries.

Department must post the dealer's name, address, and office locations (from registration) on its website for public access.
