Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-1531 regarding the return of writs of attachment by officers.

Reduces the time period for officers to return writs of attachment from thirty days to twenty-five days after the date of levy.

Updates gender-specific language from "his" to "the officer's" throughout the statute for gender-neutral drafting.

Maintains existing requirements that officers describe attached property with sufficient certainty, state when it was attached, and report on the disposition of property in their custody.

Preserves provisions requiring officers to deliver replevin bonds to the clerk and make further returns when property is claimed, replevied, or sold after the initial return.
