Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 12, Chapter 1, Article 2 by adding section 12-132 regarding regional mental health courts in the superior court system.

Allows presiding judges of the superior court in counties with populations under 250,000 to establish regional mental health courts by mutual agreement.

Grants superior court judges the authority to refer cases to regional mental health courts and permits judicial officers in participating counties to adjudicate cases referred to these courts.

Requires the originating court to notify the prosecutor of any criminal case referred to the mental health court.

Became law on March 23, 2015.
