Amends Arizona law to allow judgment creditors to file certified copies of judgments from any Arizona court with the county recorder to create liens on real property.

Judgment liens only attach to real property after the certified judgment copy is recorded; recording is now a requirement rather than optional for the lien to be effective.

Provides two alternative procedures for justice court and municipal court judgments: filing a certified transcript with the superior court clerk, or obtaining a certified copy directly from the justice/municipal court clerk for recording.

Requires judgment documents to include title of court, case number, entry date, docket record, debtor and creditor names, judgment amount, and creditor's attorney information.

Amendments apply to all judgments recorded on or after December 31, 2015.
