Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-4453 regarding motor vehicle franchise notice requirements.

Exempts motorcycle dealers from the notice requirement that applies when a franchisor establishes an additional new motor vehicle dealership of the same line-make.

Maintains existing notice obligations for other motor vehicle dealerships, requiring the director to notify existing franchisees within five days of receipt when a new dealership is proposed.

Preserves the requirement that notices be sent to franchisees in the community and within ten miles (or twenty miles in counties with populations under 200,000 persons) of the proposed dealership.
