Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-276 regarding conservation easements to clarify the applicability date of the statute.

Changes the effective date reference from "its effective date" to "August 7, 1985" for conservation interests created after that specific date.

Applies to any interest complying with the article whether designated as a conservation easement, covenant, equitable servitude, restriction, easement or other similar designation.

Preserves the validity of all interests enforceable under any other law of Arizona, whether designated as conservation or preservation easements or other property restrictions.
