Amends Arizona law to expand the definition of "service contract" to include coverage for motor vehicle tires and wheels damaged by road hazards, dents and dings repairable by paintless dent removal, windshield chips and cracks from road hazards, and motor vehicle keys and key fobs that are lost, stolen, or inoperable.

Clarifies that service contracts do not include repair of interior surfaces or exterior paint of motor vehicles unless coverage is provided as part of a vehicle protection product as defined in the law.

Establishes a new definition of "vehicle protection product" as a substance, device, system or service installed or applied to a vehicle designed to prevent loss or damage from a specific cause, with written warranty coverage for incidental costs if the product fails to perform.

Specifies that vehicle protection products include protective chemicals, alarm systems, body marking products, steering locks, window etch products, pedal and ignition locks, fuel and ignition kill switches, and electronic or satellite tracking devices.

Excludes fuel additives, oil additives, and other chemical products applied to the engine, transmission, or fuel system from the definition of vehicle protection products.
