Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 20-1656 and 20-1678 to define acceptable methods for providing proof of mailing for insurance cancellation and nonrenewal notices.

Establishes three acceptable forms of proof of mailing: electronic delivery under title 44 chapter 26, first class mail using intelligent mail barcode, and electronic mail with USPS electronic postmark or substantially similar service.

Applies the proof of mailing standards to notices of cancellation, nonrenewal, and premium or coverage changes sent to named insureds at their policy addresses.

Replaces previous requirements by codifying specific mailing methods that qualify as sufficient proof of notice for insurance policy cancellation and nonrenewal purposes.
