• Modifies the phrase "either" to "any" in describing exemptions that do not apply to fire safety work, mechanical/electrical/plumbing work connected to fire safety, and natural gas/propane connections.

• Changes "vice-president" to "vice president" in application requirements for corporation officer information.

• Removes requirement that applicants for non-residential contractor licenses submit a detailed financial condition statement.

• Applies retroactively to December 31, 2014, and is effective immediately as emergency legislation.
