Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 20-288 to modify examination exemptions for insurance producer licenses.

Removes the requirement for applicants seeking a "limited lines travel insurance producer business entity license" to take an examination, replacing it with an exemption for applicants seeking "an insurance producer license with authority for limited line insurance as defined in section 20-281."

Eliminates language restricting the exemption from applicants working as "travel retailers" under travel insurance producer business entity licenses.

Maintains existing examination exemptions for current out-of-state licensees, renewal applicants, nonresident producers, rental car agents, and self-service storage agents.

Effective date: March 23, 2015.
