AZ HB2353

Requires all school districts in Arizona to become unified school districts by July 1, 2018.

School districts that are not unified as of the bill's effective date must develop a transition plan within 90 days to meet the unification requirement.

Directs the legislative council staff to prepare conforming legislation for the 54th legislature, first regular session, to align Arizona Revised Statutes with the unification provisions.
