Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-3025 regarding private postsecondary education licensing requirements.

Adds "or license" language in subsection A to clarify that applicants for licenses to grant degrees (in addition to vocational program licenses) must submit verified applications to the board on prescribed forms.

Maintains existing requirements that licenses are restricted to specific vocational or degree programs and locations, with supplementary applications required for additional programs or locations.

Preserves provisions that private vocational program licenses and degree-granting licenses are non-transferable between locations except as specified on the license.

Requires licenses to be prominently displayed at the institution's premises for public inspection.
