Prohibits the Arizona State Board of Education from implementing Common Core standards, the state's college and career ready standards, or any other standards or assessments developed outside Arizona.

Voids any previously adopted State Board of Education rules that conflict with this prohibition as of the bill's effective date.

Prevents the State Board of Education from adopting or revising standards in a manner that would effectively implement Common Core, college and career ready standards, or other externally-developed standards or assessments.

Applies to all standards and assessments originating from sources outside the state of Arizona.
