• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 49-457 regarding agricultural best management practices for reducing PM-10 particulate emissions.

• Changes requirement for persons commencing regulated agricultural activities to immediately comply with the agricultural general permit, removing the previous 18-month grace period that applied to activities started after December 31, 2000.

• Corrects grammatical error in the definition of "agricultural general permit" by changing "Reduces" to "Reduce" in subsection P(1)(d).
