Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 17-362 regarding guide licenses for hunting and wildlife activities.

Eliminates the restriction that prohibited guides from carrying firearms other than revolvers or pistols.

Requires guides to report annually by January 10 the names and addresses of persons guided, number of days employed, and species of game animals taken.

Maintains penalties for guide license violations including suspension, revocation, or permanent denial of licensure for first, second, and third offenses.

Prohibits issuance of guide licenses to persons under 18 years of age.
