Amends Section 4-120 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the liquor licenses fund administered by the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.

Changes the verb form for monies exceeding $700,000 at fiscal year-end from "reverts" to "revert" to the state general fund as a technical correction.

Maintains that monies in the liquor licenses fund are subject to legislative appropriation and exempt from lapsing appropriation provisions, except for amounts over $700,000.

The fund consists of monies deposited pursuant to Section 4-115, with annual deposits limited to amounts appropriated by the legislature.
