Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-322 relating to nomination petition requirements for candidates.

Standardizes terminology by replacing "per cent" with "percent" throughout the statute governing signature requirements for various offices.

Requires candidates needing 30 or fewer nomination petition signatures to personally circulate, collect, and file all signatures themselves; signatures collected or filed by others are invalid and cannot be counted.

Allows legislative candidates meeting the personal circulation requirement to file petitions with either the county election officer of any county in their district or the secretary of state.
