Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-2119 to correct the naming and phrasing of the "state real estate department" throughout the statute.

Requires the state real estate department to post information on its website advising prospective home buyers to investigate water availability before purchasing real property.

Mandates the department include a link to the Arizona Department of Water Resources website with definitions of water supply terms for areas outside active management areas, including adequate water supply, inadequate water supply, properties with designated adequate water supply, and no water supply determination.

Requires the department to display a current map on its website showing all areas in Arizona that are outside active management areas established under title 45, chapter 2, article 2.
