Amends Arizona Revised Statutes by adding section 12-558.02 to Title 12, Chapter 5, Article 3 regarding civil liability.

Provides limited liability protection for members of organized search and rescue teams, units, or organizations who act gratuitously (without compensation) and in good faith.

Protects rescue personnel from civil damages resulting from acts, omissions, or failures to provide or arrange for further medical treatment during search and rescue operations.

Liability protection does not apply if rescue personnel act with gross negligence.
