Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 41-563 and 41-1279.07 to add a requirement that community college district expenditure limitations be recalculated annually after the close of each fiscal year and before December 1 using the October full-time equivalent student report produced by the auditor general.

Modifies the uniform expenditure reporting system for community college districts to specify that the expenditure limitation used in annual budgeted expenditure limitation reports shall be determined pursuant to the new recalculation requirement in section 41-563, subsection B, paragraph 5.

Applies the recalculated expenditure limitation to the reporting and certification requirements that community college districts must submit to the auditor general within four months after the close of each fiscal year.

Makes technical corrections to existing statutory language regarding terminology and grammar in both sections related to political subdivisions and community college districts.
