Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-402 to modify rules for municipal disposition of property.

Allows cities and towns to donate lost and found or unclaimed personal property held for at least one hundred days to nonprofit charitable organizations.

Changes the required holding period from ninety days to one hundred days before property can be donated.

Preserves existing requirements for cities and towns to advertise and solicit bids when selling property, except for donations to qualified nonprofits.
