Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1606 to remove language that prohibited the Arizona Board of Nursing from establishing scope of practice rules relating to abortion as defined in section 36-2151.

Grants the Board of Nursing authority to adopt rules establishing acts that may be performed by registered nurse practitioners in collaboration with licensed physicians, without the previous abortion-related restriction.

Restores the Board's general rulemaking authority over nursing practice scope by eliminating the carve-out that specifically exempted abortion-related decisions from board jurisdiction.
