Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 10-11253 to modify notice and hearing requirements for nonprofit health care entity transactions.

Removes requirement that written notice of intended transactions be sent to the chairman of the corporation commission; notice now goes only to the director of the department of health services and the attorney general.

Eliminates requirement for agreement of the corporation commission chairman when selecting hearing officer and determining public hearing time and place; only requires agreement with the department of health services director.

Removes requirement to transmit the hearing summary report to the corporation commission chairman; report now goes to the department of health services director and attorney general.
