Expands covered health and medical services under Arizona's AHCCCS program to include emergency dental care and extractions, orthotic devices, and chiropractic services for eligible members age 21 and older.

Removes the exclusion of podiatry services performed by licensed podiatrists, allowing podiatry services to be covered when ordered by a primary care physician or practitioner.

Adds emergency and preventative dental services as a covered service under the long-term care system (ALTCS) for members determined to need institutional services.

Clarifies language regarding developmental disabilities in the long-term care system to use consistent terminology with section 36-551.
