• Board meetings must be audio recorded and posted to the website within five business days starting September 1, 2015.

• Dentist, dental hygienist, and denturist applicants must obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card issued pursuant to section 41-1758.03.

• All disciplinary and nondisciplinary actions against licensees must be posted to their profile on the board's website beginning September 1, 2015.

• Licensure by credential applicants must meet minimum active practice hour requirements and confirm completion of continuing education in their licensing jurisdiction.

• The State Board of Dental Examiners terminates July 1, 2023, with Title 32, Chapter 11 repealed January 1, 2024.
