Adds article 16 to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 23, chapter 2, establishing the Veterans Reintegration Act.

Requires employers to provide up to two consecutive weeks of unpaid leave to employees with written request made at least two weeks in advance if they have an immediate family member (spouse, child, parent, or sibling) who was honorably discharged from the U.S. armed forces within nine months prior and served in a combat zone.

Allows unpaid leave for employees with immediate family members on active duty military leave who served in a combat zone within ninety days before the leave request.

Limits employer obligation to grant unpaid leave under this provision to once per consecutive twelve-month period per employee.

Defines "immediate family member" as spouse, child, parent, or sibling and applies the standard definitions of "employee" and "employer" from existing Arizona employment law.
