Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13, Chapter 38 by adding Article 34 regarding law enforcement use of force investigations.

Requires that when a law enforcement officer uses deadly physical force in official duties that results in death, the investigation must be conducted by an investigator, law enforcement officer, or county attorney from a different law enforcement agency or county.

Mandates the investigating officer, investigator, or county attorney must provide investigation results to the county attorney of the county where the deadly force occurred.
