Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 14-3204 regarding demands for notice in decedent's estate proceedings.

Changes the reference from "provision" to "section" when describing the requirement that notice be given following a demand for notice.

Allows any person with a financial or property interest in a decedent's estate to file a demand for notice of orders or filings related to that estate.

Requires the court to provide notice to the demandant before making orders or accepting filings after a demand has been filed, unless the demandant waives the requirement in writing.

Specifies that the notice requirement obligation terminates when the demandant's interest in the estate ends.
