Prohibits the Arizona Medical Board from including federal criminal records check information from the FBI in publicly available licensee profiles.

Removes a requirement that physicians renewing licenses for the first time on or after September 2, 2014 submit fingerprints for state and federal criminal records checks.

Appropriates $200,000 from the Arizona Medical Board Fund in fiscal year 2014-2015 to refund fees collected for criminal records checks related to renewal applications.

Makes the amendment to fingerprinting requirements applicable to all renewal applications currently under consideration by the Arizona Medical Board and retroactively effective from September 1, 2014.

Designates the act as an emergency measure effective immediately.
