Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-408 to correct terminology regarding special district elections.

Requires special districts to pay all costs of their elections, including ballot preparation and signature comparison, from district funds.

Requires petitioners to file a bond with board of supervisors approval before or at time of petition filing to cover election expenses if the formation election fails.

Allows special district governing bodies to contract with county boards of supervisors and county recorders for election services, with contracted costs charged to the special district.

Makes technical correction to Section 16-408(D) by replacing "election district" with "special district" for accurate statutory terminology.
