AZ HB2534

Requires county recorders to notify early ballot voters at no cost if their ballot materials have defects that would result in rejection, and permits voters to cure defects within ten days following the election.

Allows early ballot voters to correct incomplete or incorrect information on their ballots and requires notification of whether their ballot was counted and the reason if not counted.

Extends the same defect notification and cure procedures to provisional ballot voters, with notification methods designed to limit information transmittal only to the voter.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 16-542 and 16-584 to establish procedures for ballot defect notification and correction opportunities.
