Requires foreign corporations to obtain authority from the Arizona Corporation Commission before spending money to influence Arizona elections, with the same consequences for unauthorized activity as other unauthorized business conduct.

Applies the same election spending restrictions to foreign limited liability companies (LLCs), preventing them from making election expenditures without first obtaining a certificate of registration to transact business.

Subjects foreign corporations and LLCs that violate these provisions to the same penalties as those conducting other unauthorized business, including liability for all fees that would have been owed and penalties up to $1,000.
