Adds section 16-956.01 to Arizona Revised Statutes requiring the Citizens Clean Elections Commission to conduct random audits after each general election of corporations, limited liability companies, and labor organizations that register and make independent expenditures.

Random audits shall review notifications, documentation, and financial records to determine compliance with reporting requirements under section 16-914.02, subsection K.

Commission may hire an independent accounting firm to conduct the random audits, with selection of entities for audit determined by random lot at a commission meeting.

Audit findings are confidential unless a violation is found, in which case the commission must notify the appropriate filing officer of the alleged violation.
