Amends section 8-350.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding treatment requirements for youth sex offenders.

Requires sex offender treatment providers to place offenders in treatment programs with similar offenders of similar age and developmental maturity level when group treatment is prescribed.

Mandates that mental health treatment programs comply with the professional code of ethics from the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers and prohibits use of images violating Arizona's child exploitation laws.

Defines "sex offender" for purposes of this section as a person age 21 or younger adjudicated delinquent for or convicted of violations involving title 13, chapters 14 or 35.1, excluding offenses involving discharge, use, or threatening exhibition of deadly weapons or dangerous instruments.
