Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-192 to add the superintendent of public instruction and the department of education to the list of state agencies exempt from the requirement that only the attorney general may employ legal counsel.

The superintendent of public instruction and department of education will now be authorized to make expenditures and incur indebtedness for legal services independently, rather than being required to use the attorney general's office.

This exemption aligns the superintendent of public instruction and department of education with other state agencies already exempt from the attorney general's exclusive legal counsel authority, such as the Arizona board of regents, the auditor general, and the director of water resources.
