Amends section 48-805.02 to require fire districts to post budget summaries in three public places and maintain complete budgets on official websites for at least 60 months, with copies available on request.

Adds new subsection E to section 48-807 allowing counties with per capita personal income below $30,000 annually to distribute 20 percent of municipal fire department budgets from county fire district assistance tax proceeds, effective July 1, 2016.

Renumbers existing subsections in section 48-807 to accommodate the new municipal fire department assistance provision, shifting subsection E (fire district tax levy) to F, subsection F (override elections) to G, and subsequent subsections accordingly.

Maintains existing property tax levy limits for fire districts at not more than $3.25 per $100 of assessed valuation or 1.08 times the preceding year's levy, whichever is less, with provisions for voter-approved overrides.

Preserves requirements for fire districts to maintain separate accounts, reconcile balance sheets monthly, produce financial reports, and report to county treasurers any adverse financial conditions within ten days of discovery.
