Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-601 to modify the definition of "intersection" for traffic regulation purposes.

At locations controlled by traffic control signals, clarifies that two separate intersections on a divided highway (30+ feet apart) are considered one intersection if no stop line, yield line, or crosswalk is designated between them.

Specifies that if a stop line, yield line, or crosswalk is designated on the approach, the area within the crosswalk or beyond the designated line becomes part of the intersection.

Specifies that if a crosswalk is designated on departure from an intersection, the intersection extends to the far side of that crosswalk.
