Authorizes courts to stay proceedings if plaintiff identifies anticipated asbestos trust claims until plaintiff files claims and provides executed proofs of claim and trust materials to all parties.

Permits defendants to request court orders requiring plaintiffs to file claims against asbestos trusts not originally identified by plaintiff, with courts establishing adequate investigation deadlines.

Allows asbestos trust claim evidence and materials to be admitted at trial without privilege protection, and credits any subsequent trust compensation received against judgments entered against defendants, with proportional distribution among multiple liable defendants.
