Adds a new exemption allowing primary caregivers to be excused from jury duty if serving would impose undue hardship on the caregiver or the person under their care.

Defines "primary caregiver" as a person with active care and custody of someone with a mental or physical disability, a medically diagnosed behavior problem, or a child under 11 years old.

Primary caregivers must demonstrate that jury service would create undue hardship to qualify for the exemption, similar to existing hardship standards.

Maintains existing jury duty exemptions for persons 75 years or older, those with medical conditions, peace officers, and others facing undue financial or physical hardship.
