Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-449.02 to repeal provisions requiring abortion clinics to comply with inspection and licensing oversight by the department of health services and designated inspectors.

Removes language allowing the director and designated employees to enter abortion clinic premises during regular business hours to determine compliance with licensing requirements, rules, and fire ordinances.

Eliminates the provision that applications for licensure constitute permission for entry and inspection of premises during the application pendency and license term.

Repeals provisions authorizing the director to take action when inspections reveal non-compliance with licensing requirements and rules concerning abortion.

Removes language allowing the attorney general or county/city attorneys to intervene in proceedings challenging the constitutionality or application of abortion clinic inspection provisions.
