Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1802 to classify theft of a bicycle taken from school grounds as a class 6 felony, regardless of the bicycle's value.

Defines "school grounds" to include property in or on public or nonpublic kindergarten programs, common schools, high schools, colleges, community colleges, and universities.

Maintains existing theft classification structure where property valued under $1,000 is generally a class 1 misdemeanor, but creates an exception for bicycles stolen from school grounds.

Adds the new offense category alongside existing exceptions for theft from the person of another, firearms, and animals taken for animal fighting purposes.
