Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-1019 to extend the protected period for political signs from 45 days before the primary election to 86 days before the primary election date prescribed by section 16-201.

Extends the end date for political sign protection from 7 days after the general election to 15 days after the general election date prescribed by section 16-211, with signs for primary-only candidates protected for 15 days after the primary election.

Updates subsection H to apply the protections for political signs in public right-of-ways during the extended period of 86 days before the primary election through 15 days after the general election.

Makes conforming changes to cross-references throughout the statute to reference specific election dates prescribed by sections 16-201 and 16-211 rather than generic time periods.
