Reduces the tax levy cap for multi-county water conservation districts from four cents to three cents per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation, effective January 1, 2025.

Maintains the four cent per one hundred dollars cap through December 31, 2024 before the reduction takes effect.

Extends the repeal date of section 48-3715.02 from January 1, 2017 to January 1, 2030, allowing the tax authority to continue operating for an additional 13 years.

Applies to taxes collected under section 48-3715.03 for multi-county water storage and conservation purposes.
